Randolph 2 Alarm 3/26/11

On the morning of March 26, 2011, Randolph Fire responded to a house fire. All of the occupants were able to escape from the home without injury, however, water pressure problems from a hydrant limited firefighter's ability to fight the fire. At one point, the fire was reported to be knocked down, but as soon as holes were cut into the roof, the fire raged back to life. Flames came shooting out of the second floor windows as firefighters did all the could to put out the blaze. Eventually, the roof collapsed into the home.

Easton 3 Alarm Warehouse Fire 3/25/11

This is possibly the second largest fire I have covered in the past 3 years.

A crew working to repair the roof at the Edwards Movers building in Easton on March 25, 2011, which sustained a partial collapse during an ice storm over the winter, ignited flamable materials inside the building while using torches to cut the metal frame. It quickly spread out of control and consumed almost the entire metal building. Companies from over 7 different towns battled the intense fire. Smoke could be see rising into the sky for miles around. At one point, combustable materials sent a fire ball almost 100 feet into the air.
